It’s hard to believe we’re at the end of October and that the holidays are just around the corner! We recently joined in on The Parade of Homes and hosted around 1,000 visitors that toured our model homes and premium lots! For two weeks, September 29th through October 14th, we saw people from all over the Kansas City metro area who were interested in what’s taking place at Cottonwood Canyon. We even had interested buyers from Wichita and Topeka who are considering relocating to our stunning location in order to take advantage of the peaceful and well appointed lifestyle that Cottonwood Canyon has to offer.
